Q: How to Dent a gas tank.
A:
Make sure its empty of gas, leave the gas cap in it.  Have a buddy hold the bike straight up in the air and jump down on the tank with your feet push in the top of the tank enough for you to start hammering in the tank.  Use a soft rubber mallet to slowly bring out the dent to the edges.

Watch no to crease the tank anywhere, because gas will start to leak out.
Some tricks to consider
-Use a phonebook in between the hammer and the tank
-Use a hammer in between the hitting hammer, this give you an accurate striking point
-Don't be a sissy
-Your probably going to chip your paint.

Q:
What is an Otown Dent?
A:
Otown dent is a dent farther back, then opposed to the top of the tank.  Right behind the gas cap, instead of surrounding the gas cap.

Q:
How much gas will my dented tank hold?
A:
About 1/2 as much and mixed with a larger sprocket, you are going to get very poor gas mileage and distance in one tank

Q: I creased my tank and now it leaks gas
A:
You're screwed, you can patch it with quick steel or JB Weld but eventually it'll leak.  A good welder can
fix it but expect to pay a little more then normal.  The Fumes are very dangerous and they know it
